Lanoha has completed 14500 Heartwood Row, the first signature building within The Row at Heartwood Preserve. Located at 145th Street and Heartwood Row, directly across from Heartwood Park, the four-story building marks an important milestone in the continued development of one of Omaha’s newest mixed-use destinations.

Designed by Nelsen Partners Architects and constructed by MCL Construction, 14500 Heartwood Row was envisioned to bring together thoughtful architecture, high-quality office space, and vibrant retail in a setting that connects seamlessly with the surrounding community.

Today, the building is home to Olsson and serves as an early anchor for The Row’s growing business community.

The First Signature Building at The Row

As the first signature building at The Row, 14500 Heartwood Row is an important first step in bringing the vision for Heartwood Preserve’s urban center to life.
