The Row Reaches New Heights: 14500 Heartwood Row Goes Vertical
Construction continues to make steady progress at 14500 Heartwood Row, the first building at The Row in Heartwood Preserve. This property will serve as an anchor on the central street of this mixed-use district, and set the foundation for what’s to come in this growing West Omaha community.
Building Momentum
This week, construction reached a key milestone as the elevator shaft began to rise, marking the start of the vertical build. We extend our gratitude to MCL Construction for their outstanding work, along with Nelsen Partners Architects & Planners and Olsson, who are helping bring this project to fruition.
A Hub for Retail and Office
14500 Heartwood Row is slated for completion in Spring 2026 and will offer premium retail and office space, welcoming tenants such as Olsson, a prominent engineering firm. This property is part of a long-term vision to create a district that fosters collaboration, connection, and growth.
A Growing Community
Heartwood Preserve is already buzzing with activity, from its welcoming green spaces to the recently opened ice-skating rink. As The Row continues to develop and take shape, we look forward to its impact on the community — creating a place where connections flourish and the West Omaha lifestyle thrives.
Future Developments
In addition to 14500 Heartwood Row, The Row will feature thoughtfully designed spaces, including a premium hotel and mixed-use office, retail, and residential buildings — all currently in the design phase.
Leasing Opportunities
We’re proud of the progress at 14500 Heartwood Row and excited to contribute to the growth of Heartwood Preserve. Leasing opportunities are available, and we encourage businesses to explore the chance to join this transformative development.
Stay tuned as The Row at Heartwood Preserve evolves, creating a dynamic hub for commerce, connection, and community in West Omaha.
