As the first building at The Row, 14500 Heartwood Row anchors the development and launches the master plan, while serving as the Omaha office for anchor tenant Olsson. Sited across from Heartwood Park, the 116,000 square foot multitenant office building represents the next generation of Class-A office development in Omaha with large, flexible floor plates, efficient planning, a high-performance unitized curtain wall enclosure, and a best-in-market location with ground floor retail. The walkable pedestrian-oriented streetscape of The Row augments the building’s amenities, creating an inviting and energetic live/work/play environment.
