At 677 feet tall, the Mutual of Omaha Headquarters tower will be the tallest building in the city, state, and region and will deliver a next-generation workplace for the company to grow and innovate in downtown Omaha.
Sited at the terminus of the newly-redeveloped Gene Leahy Mall, the 44-story tower will be a focal point and a catalyst for additional development in the central business district.
As the development manager for the project, Lanoha worked closely with Mutual of Omaha on all aspects of the project from Site Selection & Acquisition to Design Team and Contractor Selection through Construction Administration & Management.
