Topping Out the Mutual of Omaha Headquarters Tower
Today was a milestone for this project and downtown Omaha’s future. We are honored to celebrate the topping out of the new Mutual of Omaha Headquarters tower, a milestone that demonstrates our progress, partnership, and shared vision for this transformational development.
At 677 feet and 44 stories, this tower will be the tallest in the city, state, and region. Positioned at the terminus of Gene Leahy Mall, it is designed as a defining skyline feature and a catalyst for growth in the urban core, more than just a workplace.
As the developer, we have had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team from day one. We are deeply grateful to JE Dunn Construction, Mutual of Omaha, and the many trade partners, craftspeople, and workers whose dedication and expertise have brought this project to life.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Omaha’s leadership. Their vision, partnership, and continued investment in downtown’s future have been instrumental in bringing this project to fruition.
Topping-out ceremonies are a time-honored tradition recognizing the collective effort to reach a building’s highest point. Today was a reminder that projects of this scale result not from one organization, but from true collaboration. We do not take our role in this project lightly. It is both a responsibility and a privilege to help shape the development of this magnitude. This is a monumental project for the region, and we are proud to be a part of it.
