Applied Underwriters has played a pivotal role in envisioning The Row; along with Nelsen Partners Architects & Planners, known for national-caliber mixed-use centers like The Domain (Austin, TX), Scottsdale Quarters (Scottsdale, AZ), and Kierland Commons (Scottsdale, AZ); and Olsson who has been an invaluable partner in creation of their new Omaha office building and in bringing The Row to life. “We are excited to kickstart the development of The Row and join the already vibrant atmosphere at Heartwood Preserve, which is a great fit for our welcoming and friendly working environment. A groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 15, 2024, to mark the milestone and celebrate the start of construction on 14500 Heartwood Row. It is the first building to begin construction, and will be the new Omaha home of Olsson in addition to other commercial tenants.
