Scott Damrow Joins Lanoha as Executive Vice President – Capital Markets

Lanoha Real Estate Company (LREC) is proud to announce that Scott Damrow will join the organization as its new Executive Vice President – Capital Markets. Damrow brings great depth and breadth of knowledge in the industry to the position, which will direct capital markets strategy and strengthen relationships with key partners. He will also be tasked with strategically scaling Lanoha’s engagement with capital markets and driving long-term value for projects, partners, and the company.

Damrow has spent his entire career in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining LREC, Damrow served as Vice President at First National Bank of Omaha where he provided financing solutions nationally for a wide variety of commercial real estate projects. In addition to financing, Damrow brought valuable leadership and vision to the projects he took on, focusing not only on financials but also on community impact. He has also worked for Government Properties Trust and Magnum Resources, Inc. where he focused on acquiring primarily office properties. His deep industry expertise and strategic leadership skills are augmented by a diversity of experience that also includes asset and property management.

Damrow graduated from Hastings College with a BA in Business Administration and later received an MBA from the University of Nebraska Omaha. He is active in the community, currently serving on the board of directors for Methodist Physicians Clinic and as an advisory director for Methodist Hospital Foundation.
