 Lanoha Announces Boutique Hotel at The Row

OMAHA, Nebraska – 30 June 2025

Lanoha Real Estate Company has signed an agreement with Marriott International, Inc. to develop a 160-key boutique hotel under Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection brand portfolio. Slated to open in 2027, the hotel will become an exciting magnet for vitality at the heart of The Row, the mixed-use lifestyle center serving as the downtown of the larger Heartwood Preserve master plan.

Comprised of hotels that are hand-selected for distinct perspectives on design and hospitality, Autograph Collection Hotels are known for offering rich immersive moments that leave a lasting imprint on their guests. To bring this brand promise to life and create special experiences for the community and travelers alike, Lanoha’s development team is currently collaborating with a handpicked group of designers, architects, and operators on bespoke branding, architecture, and interior design concepts for the hotel.

Boasting a full complement of amenities for both business and leisure, the new hotel at the heart of The Row is planned to offer Class A meeting and events space, a luxurious pool deck, extensive fitness center, and a signature lounge space. In addition, a full-service restaurant and bar at the ground level will accommodate hotel and event dining needs, while serving as a key food and beverage offering for the public at The Row.
