Groundbreaking Planned for This Fall at The Row

Momentum is picking up at our mixed-use development project, The Row, located in the center of the Heartwood Preserve near 144th Street and West Dodge Road. Olsson announced on August 6, 2024, that they’ll be moving their Omaha office to the first building in The Row at Heartwood Preserve. We’re thrilled to work with Olsson and launch our master plan at The Row with groundbreaking planned for this fall.
