Corey Ragole Joins Lanoha Real Estate as New Senior Vice President of Project Management

Lanoha Real Estate Company is pleased to announce the addition of Corey Ragole as Senior Vice President of Project Management. Corey brings a strong understanding of the design and construction process from the owner’s perspective, ensuring the successful management and delivery of complex, ground-up projects. 

Corey has a proven track record of creating value through effective project management, having successfully managed complex national projects across a wide range of sectors. He brings keen focus and discipline to all phases of project delivery, from site selection and design development to construction and commissioning. By coordinating contributions from architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, he ensures each individual component seamlessly integrates into the broader project plan — driving efficiency, consistency, and exceptional results. Corey’s expertise as a skilled program planner allows him to contribute invaluable foresight in the early stages of a project, ensuring that schedules and budgets are aligned while maintaining flexibility to adapt to unforeseen challenges. With a focus on delivering exceptional quality, Corey ensures projects are completed on time and under budget. 

Prior to joining Lanoha, Corey served as Vice President of Project Management at Cresa, where he managed commercial real estate projects for office, retail, food production, and community center clients. At Smithfield Foods, he oversaw capital infrastructure, manufacturing, and cold storage projects with budgets ranging from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars. Corey’s portfolio also includes projects for PayPal, LRS Healthcare, RTG Medical, Gunderson’s Jewelers, the YMCA, and many others. His work encompasses projects performed across the country — including the greater Omaha region.

Corey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with a Business Minor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is an active member of NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and the Controlled Environment Building Association.
