Construction is Underway at The Row

Our construction team is on site at The Row — a vibrant and walkable mixed-use neighborhood centrally located in Heartwood Preserve — to begin constructing the first building in our master plan at the corner of 145th & Heartwood Row. The building at 14500 Heartwood Row offers Class A office space and premium ground floor retail. Leasing details will be available soon for remaining office and retail space. We’re pleased to welcome Olsson to their new Omaha office at The Row.

Official groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
